Saudamini came from an affluent noble family n she was really smart but her family married her to a man who was just opposite to her.

When she came to Rajgarh after marrying Yashwant,within a few months of marriage she understood that she had to take initiative towards his work because he was too naive and gullible for that position.

Few years later they were blessed with a daughter and they named it Sanskriti.

Sanskriti was raised in a strict

environment by her mother though her father always use to pamper her n protected her from her mother's strict nature.

Saudamini wanted to raise her like a strong woman because she knew that after them she will be all alone in this cruel world and she didn't hv any other siblings so she always put pressure on her.

When she was 12 Saudamini send her to a girl hostel which was situated in Pratapgarh.It was a place where they used to groom and educate young girls.She completed her education there till highschool.

Today was the day when she was returning from Pratapgarh because her mother called her in emergency.

She was 16 years old then.

It was noon when she returned and her mother send a driver to the station to receive her.When she saw a familiar car at the station she understood that her parents didn't come to receive instead they send a car.

She just sat inside the car and soon she reached her palace.Her father was in his office which was a building near their palace there he work with several other ministers.

When she came inside the palace she knew that her mother would be at the study room and she won't like if she will go to her room without freshen up and changing clothes.

She sighed and went straight to her room which was exactly the same that she had left,last time.

She gt freshen up and changed her clothes and after that she went to the study room and greeted her mother.

When Saudamini saw her she felt happy and she asked her to sit and then asked, "So how was your journey? Was it comfortable?"

"ji maa, it was comfortable."she replied.

Saudamini already asked the maid to prepare tea and some favourite snacks of her.

"And how was your exam ?" She asked while sipping her tea.

"It was great n hopefully I'll get first rank in the school this year too." She told in extreme excitement.

"Thts good n I called you immediately because we need to attend a wedding ceremony." Saudamini told her.

"Oh okay but maa I don't have much time because I still hv two exam left so I don't know if I'll be able to attend all the functions." She replied.

"That being the case then u can just attend the wedding only and rest of the time you can study here." she stated.

Soon they finished their conversations and she came back to her room.When she came inside she checked her old things that she used to adore in the past.

It was night time when yashawant returned from the office and immediately went to Sanskriti's room.

He was so happy to see her daughter so he quickly hugged her and she hugged him back.

"My precious daughter how are you??" He asked.

"My precious father I'm good as always you say how are you??"she replied.

"Oh I'm really good after seeing my beautiful daughter." He told her.

Soon a maid came into the room and asked Yashwant to freshen up as the dinner was ready.

Few minutes later they all were sitting at the dining table having dinner.

Saudamini doesn't like to talk while eating so no one was speaking and they were just eating dinner quietly.

After the dinner Sanskriti greeted both of them and came back to her room and she also needed to study for the exams so she opened her books and started reading.

It was late at night when Yashwant came with a glass of milk in Sanskriti's room and he saw her daughter was busy in studying.

He tiptoed near her carefully and placed the glass of milk on her study table and patted her head with love while she knew it was her father so she looked at him and said, "dad, thnk you n how did you know that I'm awake?"

"I'm your father dear so I just know,

now drink it and sleep it's late n you

can study tomorrow okay." he told her.

"Okay father good night." She replied.

He kissed her forehead and came outside the room.When he returned to the room Saudamini asked, "Did you give her milk and did she sleep?"

"Nope, she isn't but I asked her to sleep." He replied .

"Oh okay good night." She said and lay down.

Sanskriti drank her milk and soon lay down on the bed but she was busy thinking about a pleasant encounter that she had few days ago.

Flashback,

Few days ago, when she was returning from school she saw a handsome young man who was helping those farmers who were on strike n they were being beaten by the soldiers.

That boy was so handsome and the way he was helping them was quite heroic for a teenage girl.He was fighting and helping in his College uniform with few other students.

Sanskriti's heart just stopped by seeing that handsome man.She almost forget to walk and kept standing at that place staring at him.

She didn't even realised that she was about to get hit from a man but soon she was rescued by the same handsome young man.It was so sudden tht she didn't even notice wht just happened.

He quickly stand infront of him and hold the stick of that man while she knew that she is going to be beaten she immediately closed her eyes but it's been few sec she didn't feel any activity or pain so she opened her eyes and saw him standing infront of her facing the soldier.Her heart was pounding rapidly because he was so close to her.

After pushing the man he quickly grabbed her hand and started running away with her while dragging her along.

Her heart was still beating rapidly she didn't even know that where he was taking her still she didn't bother to ask him anything she just kept running with him.

Few minutes later he stopped and they were far away from there.He looked around and then turned while she was already looking at him.

"Are you fine?" He asked.

His masculine voice interrupted her dreamland where she was,from last few minutes,after seeing him.

"Are you okay? " He asked again.

Finally She came to her senses.

She immediately removed her hands from his and replied, "I'm fine."

"Okay thts a relief and where do you live ill drop you." He suggested.

She hesitated at first because she was thinking that how could she tell her address to a stranger but then her heart reminded her that few minutes ago this stanger helped you.

"I live in Kasturba girls Hostel." She replied hesitantly.

"Oh okay but it's too far from here but don't worry I'll drop you." He told her.

In reply she just nodded and kept walking behind him.

He was walking slowly and when he realised her walking behind him he told her to walk beside.

She felt shy after hearing his words n started walking beside him maintaining few inches away from him.

She was walking quietly while he asked , "Are you hungry?"

She was really hungry because after having a glass of milk she ran for school because it was her maths exam.After exam she bogged down in that strike of farmers and she didn't reach hostel so that she could have lunch.It's almost evening now.

She didn't look at him and just nodded.He just smiled at her shy gestures.

He looked around and there was only a small shop which was selling Poori and sabzi(bread and curry).

He went there along with her and ate Poori and sabzi.

After eating they started walking and soon he saw a taxi so they seated inside the taxi and told the driver to drive to the Kasturba Girls hotel.

After half and hour later both of them get off from the taxi and he paid the fare and soon taxi vanished from there sight.

Sanskriti looked at him and said, "Thank you for today, and tell me your address I'll send you the money."

He just smiled at her and said, "Well it was my fault n because of me you gt bogged down so it's now my compensation and you don't need to repay."

"But still i need to since you have helped me a lot." her words gt interrupted when he said,

"It's fine Miss, oh I forgot to ask your name?"

She was feeling a sudden happinesses inside her heart and also excitement while he asked her name so she lowered her gaze n when she she looked down her eyes fell on her hand which had a deep cut and the blood was clotted there.Seeing this she got panicked and quickly held his hand and wrapped her handkerchief around his palm.

He got startled at first but soon he understood what she was doing he was also feeling a strange happiness after being around this girl.

After wrapping it carefully she looked at him and said, "Your wound is deep and I think you should go to the hospital it needs to be treated properly."

"Well thanks for this and also for your concern Miss,I'll keep that in mind ."

"My name is Sanskriti." She replied quickly.

He smiled at her and said, "Goodbye Miss Sanskriti and see you again."

After saying this he walked away from there

while she kept staring at him till he disappeared.
